Honestly terrible. Waited 45 minutes for food, watched a worker come in and get food in less than 3 minutes but we got nothing. We were the only ones there, besides drive thru they had nothing going on and were just standing around. Once I asked for a refund they gave us a bag of food that was not our order. I requested a refund and they got a manager to issue the refund. They made a new transaction and then voided it but did not give a refund. The service was excellent and staff very friendly. The food was a bit cold and fries were stale.

Honestly never had a bad experience here after eating here over 6 years. Employees are chill and haven't messed up an order for me.

The Food is great. Service was good. Dining area clean. However, it's aways freezing in the dining area and the food gets cold fast, and it's hard to eat with Arctic coat and gloves! I give up and going elsewhere.

Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and popcorn chicken. We were the only ones in the building other than an employee eating at the table next to us. There was no drive thru line when we got there and we could see at least five guys in the back, most of which were either on their phones or sitting down.
