Chick-fil-a - Layton

I was genuinely impressed with Josh in the dining room. It's not often you come across a young person who takes such pride in their work. This kid is destined for success. He ensured that everyone felt welcome and was always ready to assist with anything they needed. He even said goodbye to us as we were leaving, even though we weren't right next to him. Well done, Josh!

My son and I stopped by this restaurant on our way to the airport. Despite the chaotic atmosphere, filled with many children having an early lunch, everyone was incredibly friendly. Our server was pleasant, and the young man who delivered our food had a constant smile throughout our visit. There was also an older gentleman who kept the floors clean, collected trays, disposed of trash, and handed out wet wipes and mints. He was kind as well. I noticed that not a single person had to dispose of their own trash; the staff was very attentive. The service was quick and, of course, the food was delicious. The entrances and exits to the parking lot are quite narrow, especially with a larger pickup like mine, but the excellent service makes it worthwhile. This was our second visit to this location, and we will definitely return whenever we're in the area.

Wow. It's ironic to hear about how highly regarded the staff's "kindness" is. Perhaps—just a suggestion—they could improve? I've never felt so neglected or judged before. Given the number of employees, it was almost comical to see them chatting and laughing while only one person was handling everything. You'd probably receive better customer service at the one in the mall.

Apparently, there are people who can't get enough of Chick-fil-a. I am not one of those people. I thought that the food was adequate but not to die for. But I will leave that to personal taste. The service was good. The staff was friendly enough for fast food (it's not like the waitstaff at a sit down restaurant where they interact with the customers). And the kids seemed to like the playground.

As with all Chick-fil-A locations, the food came out quick and fresh. We were happily greeted and the worker who took our order was kind. Great food! I had the kids meal chicken and fries.
