La Gargote - Laxou

Malheureusement, je suis déçu de ne pas avoir pu déjeuner aujourd'hui car on m'a refusé l'entrée à 12h30 en prétextant que le restaurant était complet, alors qu'il n'y avait personne dans la salle. Je pensais même que ma femme et moi allions être les seuls clients... Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les restaurants ne mettent pas complet sur leur devanture, cela éviterait ces désagréments. Je sais qu'ils ne nous attendent pas après nous... Dommage, j'avais pourtant bien apprécié ma précédente visite.

Excellente table. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Un accueil sympa et souriant. Nous avons opté pour un menu à 30€, très raffiné et bien présenté. Tout était excellent. Aucune hésitation à avoir si un jour vous êtes tenté. Ma femme a énormément apprécié ce restaurant. Moi aussi d'ailleurs. Le choix de cafés est varié : Mexique, Italie, et autres. Des vrais professionnels de la table... ce qui devient rare.

We were a group of for Christmas dinner and eating was so delicious. everyone was happy with his/her menu (from a good selection of appetizers, main dishes and whispering at location). ivan the cook was fast and entertaining. Although I regularly came to...La gargote and knew what to expect, but for most in the group this was the first time and it turned out to be a fantastic discovery. simply perfect evening!

This was a midday break on the way, not too much from a way from the autobahn, so very comfortable. the restaurant is small, with a stylish and cozy dining room inside, and a wonderful terrace for warmer days. that eat, though a little hard. on the meat, was refined and tasty, definitiw above the national average service was excellent: really friendly, warm, fast and efficient.

The escapes were boring. main dishes were good. it is not worth recomending. priced for quality euro a bottle wein no coffee. unpleasant odour of kanalisation and music.
