Wendy's - Lawton

The customer service was outstanding. The manager, Ryan, went above and beyond to ensure we received our food, and it was an incredible dining experience. A big thank you to Ryan for all of his help to me and my partner!

I just had the best experience of my life at an almost food joint. the crew of wendy in lawton is amazing. they really care about their business and the product they are exhibiting for the world to taste.

The W has without a doubt the freshest tasting burger that is hot off the grill Not microwave, soaked or stale And the juices that flows from every single bite makes you desire another one but of course you have to mix up the flavors with the most crispy lightly salted hot fries (guaranteed)

So I ordered my food and was missing a 6 piece chicken nuggets. I pulled around to the parking lot and went inside to let them know. One of the employees in the back disagreed very loudly by saying that I did get all of them because she watched the other employee put them in the bag. She did this multiple times, basically accusing me of lying. I got my nuggets, went home and found out they gave me the wrong type of nuggets. They also put vegetables on my sandwich which I asked them not to. Missing napkins and a straw. Rude service and didn't follow any instructions.

This store was garbage. We walked in to get some breakfast. We stood there for 6 mins before we were asked for our order. We ordered and still waited for a while, ordered a frostachino( however u spell it) We got that while we waited for out food it didn't seem to have any of the frosty in it. I later heard her tell another customer the frosty was not ready. So what was that, that we got had to get some sugar. We were in there for 30 mins. The only reason I gave it the stars I did is because the baconator was bomb.
