Papa John's Pizza - Lawton

The family thought the pizza was good, but the salad was not impressive. My husband ordered the pizza bowl. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. I had some questions about the bill and the manager quickly resolved the issue and was a pleasure to deal with. The staff seemed to genuinely enjoy working there and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Without a doubt, this is the best pizza in Lawton. Pizza is always a fun and casual meal that is guaranteed to make everyone happy. You can enjoy eating it with your hands without any restrictions. Alexandria is extremely polite and accommodating. I highly recommend trying the All Meat pizza. We ordered it with thin crust and extra cheese, and it definitely lived up to our expectations.

Whenever I attempt to use your website, it is either not functioning or does not provide me with the coupon for my order. The food and staff are excellent, but the customer access to the app or website is not as good.

The staff was not very welcoming. I had a pickup order and one person held casual convo with another employee as I waited there to be assisted. Nothing. I had a pick up order, it could've been so fast and simple but no, they rather ignore my presence and talk amongst them self. It appeared to me only one employee was working. I had to interrupt them mid conversation to ask them if that was my order behind them. (it was) do better ????
