Burger King - Lawton

Came here to get whoppers with my grandpa when he was visiting and let me tell you all how many dead crickets were on the Window sill , floor ,and tables, it was disgusting. I told management and they just shrugged it off. The bathrooms also smelt really bad and there were spots of fecal matter all over the toilet. DISGUSTING.

Nice customer service, Food was fresh and top notch. Couldn't ask for better.Dietary restrictions: No lettuce

I ask for plain cheese burger with just meat and cheese but the give me two buns and a slice of cheese. Very bad I well never eat at a single burger king again.

Food usually is good; I went through the drive-through and ordered two whoppers, one Texas, and one double, but I only got one burger!!!!!24 bucks for two burgers and a french fry!!!! Even had to pull around to the front to wait for it. I did not check the bag before I left I had to wait why would anything be missing! I get back to the house to only one burger! Called over and over and over again no one answers the phone. I’ve lost my appetite super upset, and will probably not be visiting them for a while.

Don’t go to this location!Went on my lunch break, went through the drive thru. There was one car in front of me that was sitting there for 15 minutes before they took their order. Then I got to the screen and waited 12 minutes before they took my order. I ordered a #2 just the burger. Got to the window and waited 15 minutes for my burger. The lady at the window had no customer service skills. She was very rude. Over all time I waited over 30 minutes. This location needs major help with customer service skills.
