Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Lawton

Our food was good. I ordered a Sunday to go and it had a lid put on it. It was very messy to remove lid and I ended up with melted ice cream all over my lap and hands in the car. If I could suggest a bigger/taller container to put a Sunday in. The service was outstanding seeing my husband managed to loose his wedding ring in the bathroom trash. An employee assisted with the trash that we unfortunately took home. My husband did find his ring.

Anytime I am in Oklahoma I always stop by Braums!! This place is incredible!!! Highly recommend!!!

Icream is always good...personnel went out of their way. Great job guys

I went through the drive through this visit. They currently have 2 lanes at the Drive Through. Although they have 2 that only use 1 until lunch time. There is no signage, cones or anything to let the customer know this drive through was closed. I sat there for 5 minutes before circling around to the other lane. As I was there I witnessed 3 cars myself go through the same thing I did. I made a suggestion about putting something out to let us know it's not being used. She didn't seem to acknowledge that and continued speaking. Being that she wasn't really getting what I was saying, I expect the same next visit. If you're in a time frame or pinch, just keep driving unless you can spare 15-20 minutes to get your food and go.

The banana spilt was made wrong with the wrong ice cream. The server had an attitude. Then when asked what ice cream was the white she walked off like she didn't hear me.
