Cortado - LAWSON

I stopped at this café over the long weekend while traveling from Sydney and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and skill of the male barista. I haven't had such a good coffee in a long time – it was rich and smooth! I will definitely stop here every time I visit the mountains. The staff were attentive and the wait time was minimal despite the café being full.

The team at the restaurant was disinterested, service was slow, and the music was too loud. The coffee was just average. Why bother? The coffee at Black Cockatoo is better anyways, and the staff there is much friendlier.

I woke up early today and waited in line for about 10 minutes at the restaurant. When I finally reached the counter, I requested a table for one or a spot at the bar so I could have breakfast. I was told there was no room and that I was too old. Despite being in my mid-60s and prepared to spend money on a full breakfast and coffee, I was turned away. The young Asian employee was very disrespectful to me and I left feeling upset. This establishment needs to properly train their staff to show more polite and accommodating behavior to customers. A few people who arrived after me were seated without any issue.

Which appalling customer service that has been running in, stood at least 5-8 minutes at the counter. with 2 baristas was a chef on the theke, which I had not recognized at all, talked about and laughed. had no hallo or can. I'll help you!

We called in to CORTADO CAFE in Lawson, a couple of days in a row. We really liked their coffee and the treats were extremely tasty. We tried a muffin and we tried a toasted fruit slice. Delicious! In the cooler months it's warmer inside...than out.
