Papa John's Pizza - Lawrenceville

The pizza was decent. However, I ordered online, and the system indicated that my pizza would be delivered in 65-70 minutes, which was longer than I wanted to wait. When I checked my email, I noticed that my receipt was incorrect. I called and spoke with someone who I believe was a manager. They confirmed that my order was correctly in the queue and assured me that the actual wait time would be around 30 minutes, so I decided not to cancel. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived 78 minutes later. I feel like I was misled to keep me from cancelling my order. In my opinion, this is poor customer service.

We ordered a pizza for delivery, which arrived on time. However, when we took a bite, we were met with a terrible, bitter aftertaste. We called to express our concerns, but the manager was rude, dismissive, and arrogant, even hanging up on us. We decided to keep the remaining uneaten portion of the pizza for the health department to examine. If you're feeling lucky, you might want to give it a try, but don't expect anything positive if things go wrong.

We ordered a half pepperoni and half chicken and veggie pizza, and we couldn't wait to dig in! The crust was perfectly baked, and all the toppings were placed just right on each side. Plus, our DoorDash driver arrived earlier than the estimated delivery time according to Papa John's tracking. We're huge fans of Papa John's and will definitely be ordering again soon!

I'm pretty confident in this statement: ANY review above a 1 star is family/friends of employees if not the employees themselves. There is no customer service. Sometimes you get a pizza. Just a bunch of immature people collecting a paycheckimitating bare minimum levels of work because the manager also doesn't care about any level of customer satisfaction, orproviding the service that is paid for. I would feel sorry for thier future employers, but I really doubt any of them are goingfar. Just save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else.

Be cautious when ordering the Shaq-a-roni pizza. It definitely didn't live up to the advertising. It looked like a standard pepperoni pizza, with no extra cheese or seasoning on the crust. In fact, some slices had only a few pepperoni pieces on them. I was also surprised that it cost over $20, especially since I later saw it advertised for $12.
