Mcdonald's - Lawrenceville

The drive-thru line was incredibly long and took a long time to get through. Additionally, the food was not well prepared. I ordered two Happy Meals, and in both cases, the nuggets were clumped together, indicating they were fried improperly.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a strawberry crème pie. When I received it, I noticed there was hair on it. I took it back inside and watched as they examined it, but instead of addressing the issue, another employee just handed it back to the guy I had given it to and they all returned to their tasks without acknowledging the problem or offering an apology.

The service was quick, but my server didn’t provide me with straws or a cup holder. However, a cashier who wasn’t even serving me kindly asked if I needed a cup holder and provided me with one, which I really appreciated.

What the point of mobile order when you have to wait 20-30 minutes. I ask the employee outside plus inside for my order. It has been sitting on the counter inside the kitchen area for who knows how long. I went in and grab it myself. Best they can do was shrug their shoulder when I ask if I can take this with my phone out. I firmly say Ive been parking at the spot indicated on the app for almost half an hour. Your morning team is useless and pointless. Best part is where is my missing item. I was friendly at first then your employees lack of care enrage me. Will never go back or even bother with my missing item. If only I was able to cancel my order on the app.

Absolutely great service. I had breakfast and the morning crew was amazing..2 minute wait time and I had my baby with me so the manager was very helpful
