Marco's Pizza 8520 - Lawrenceville

The pizza is tasty, but the cooks should really take the time to follow the instructions. I've requested ranch six times and still haven't received it.

I really love Marcos, but I was disappointed when my extra large Pepperoni melt arrived uncooked and with the sides of the box opened. What a letdown!

I have to say, I usually love Marco's Pizza, but today was a really disappointing experience. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes, and they either put me on hold or hung up on me entirely. Frustrated, I called from a different number, only to be met with a terrible attitude from the manager, Justin. I recognized him, but I still asked for his name and the manager's number. Instead of addressing my concerns, he told me I was wasting his time after I complained about the hang-up. It's disheartening because I order from here quite often. I urge everyone: don’t bother calling; you might just be wasting "their" time.
