Sarku Japan - Lawrence Township

I found the fried rice and dumplings to be cold, despite just purchasing them. The woman at the counter had a unclear and rude manner of speaking. The portion sizes were decent, which is why I'm giving it three stars.

I come here every week and it's always a pleasure. The food is great and the staff is always very friendly, especially Frankie, who always knows what I want before I even order.

I wasn't a fan of all the dishes, but that's not a reflection on the chef's skills. I'm simply quite a picky eater.

The woman taking orders was quite unpleasant. It shouldn’t be difficult to take an order for chicken teriyaki and a drink, yet she was too busy yelling at us. Her behavior was very rude, and I left feeling frustrated.

Generally very busy but also generally pretty fast. I've gone here for years. The food (mostly teriyaki) is great and the service is good. I took a star because lately the service has gone down a bit, it's a hassle to try to get the extra sauce and meat like I've always ordered.
