Starbucks - Lawrence

Staff is very inattentive to indoor customers, and preoccupied by the drive thru. Staff was unfriendly and let the bathroom unattended for hours when attention was requested. My drink order was made fun of by staff in front of my face. Drinks are made differently when ordered in store vs app.

They are definitely busy Saturday morning and they handled it well. However, I received a Free Pick Your Perk code and the young woman didn’t know how to process it. Given the rush hour she just had me pay. My issue lies in the lack of willingness to accommodate me, but instead I needed to accommodate there mistakes. But I do understand that it was rush hour.

It's not even physically possible, but sometimes the cold brew at this location tastes burnt??? I've been drinking my coffee black for like 8 years and cold brew exclusively for the last 4, and I make my own at home.

All I gotta say is periodt! Everyone is so nice in there even though I get the most annoying drinks

As others have said, the drive-thru line can get a bit long but it moves pretty quickly and the drinks consistently taste good. 9/10 times I drive out of my way to this location when I want Starbucks. Friendly baristas, who are always happy to see my pup. I’m from Seattle and have had my fair share of Starbucks over the past 2.5 decades… this place has their s together!!
