The food is delicious, and the ambiance is lively. While we didn't eat, we really appreciated the excellent service and music. The security and overall environment were also very good.

The César Restaurant is no longer in operation, but it had a good reputation in its time.

Overall, the drinks here are quite good. I usually order the Vietnamese coffee, but I recently tried some of the food and I can't say I was very impressed. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap, which mostly consisted of lettuce, and my friend ordered the chicken sandwich, which was similarly about 90% lettuce.
