After 30 minute wait we still did not have our food. They refused to refund our money.

Do you like food that you only dreamed about having as a kid or even an adult that makes your inner fat self scream with joy at the thought of eating it? If so this is the place for you!!! This was the most delicious and naughty meal I have had in a long time. Chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, bbq sauce, onion rings and more stuffed into a delicious bread ready to shove down your gullet. Just reading the menu makes you salivate. This is an awesome place with great food, excellent staff, and clean bathrooms. Drop by and ignore the calories for a treat that is worth every bite.

Had the worst food experience in my life here. Actually, we never got our food, so I cannot tell you how it is. My son and I waited an HOUR AND A HALF for 2 sandwiches and fries. I asked for a refund, the guy who had been helping us walked out and another girl couldn't (or wouldn't) help me at all. We finally had to leave without food.I'm sure they are short staffed, but PLEASE WARN PEOPLE BEFORE THEY PAY THAT IT WILL BE AN EXTREMELY LONG WAIT!!

Waited about half an hour for 2 burgers and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Watched the staff bring food out and they only supplied about 2 other groups (4 customers) in that 30 minute time frame. Staff did not respond and walked away when we asked questions. When we asked if our food was ready, staff said it was, but still never gave the food to us. We then asked for a refund l, but staff member looked at us and then walked away without a response.

Your driver left my food at the wrong apartment. I purposely unselected contactless delivery so this wouldn't happen but it did anyway. I really want my five dollar tip back
