Dunkin' Donuts - Lawrence

The 1st thing I noticed about this place when I pulled it was how clean the parking lot was. For a busy part of the city it was remarkable just how clean the outside of the facility was. When I walked inside I remarked to the clerk at the counter and complimented them on just how clean they were able to keep the outside parking area. There was no trash. I was impressed. Very pleasing. I figure if they care that much about their outside appearance that they must care about what they do on the inside as well. I placed my order and it was promptly made exactly the way I asked and I was very pleased with the coffee that I was served and the overall quality of the service I received. I gave this place 5 stars even though I had never been here before I was impressed right from the moment I pulled into the parking area right until the final sip of my large Dunkin Donuts dark roast iced coffee. Highly recommend this particular location to any DD regular or to anyone considering giving DD a try. Go here TODAY and SMILE!!!

I’m not one to leave a review for a Dunkin’ but this was perfect! And not just the way the ladies prepared our coffees but they made my wrap perfect. I know, it’s a wake up wrap but usually half the cheese is off the wrap and they half fold it, not this time, I was really that taken back to receive a perfect wake up wrap. The ladies were so friendly giving the fact it’s so early. There was only one person in front, but the service was excellent. These young ladies actually enjoy themselves while there it was nice to see that early on a Friday morning.
