Church's Texas Chicken - Lawnside

I loved Church?s chicken among the former owners 5 years ago. Seems like the property has changed a few times since then and the quality went down! I gave it to the chicken two years ago when the taste changed dramatically. Try how they bake it and then crush it and fry it. No season. Disgusting! So I would occasionally get the spicy rice. After visiting tonight, I'm totally done with this place! My rice was the last two times with a bad aftertaste. The cookies used to be great, but this time they were burned and hardly had honey butter on them. When the church tried to drive me away for good, they succeeded!! The only good thing is that you can go straight ahead and be served. That's because nobody goes there anymore!!

We ordered about UberEats and Church?s forget our four cookies and sauces. The chicken was on the inside pink and hard on the outside fried parts. We ended the entire 16-part box of deals thrown away after we saw the pink inside, and it tasted as if it were sitting under a warmer for a while. The frits, potatoes and Mac and cheese also lubricated. Luckily we had a voucher and decided to reduce our losses and throw away everything.

I go to the Chicken of this church when I leave New Jersey and go to Philadelphia just because my mother loves Church's Chicken and there is not one near her. Usually she gets the thighs and maybe some chicken fingers. Maybe a cookie on the side with butter. I take it from there directly to Philadelphia, that's probably about 20 minutes. She eats it immediately and she always says it tastes great! I never had problems with anyone working there, they seem polite enough. Sometimes it's hard to understand the accents, but this is America's melting pot and we all have to learn to interact with each other. I've never been a page I don't even know if you can go in. I wanted to go through. Hopefully it helps.

Food was amazingly very juicy. the staff very fast and very hospitable I was not in a while in a church chicken because they are not so many out there, so I am used to either go KFC or Popeyes I can tell you that this is the chicken speed of service this church is amazing, I would recommend it to everyone that I come into contact

Stopped in because I haven't had Church's in a very long time. The young lady that took my order was informative and kind. She made me fresh food and I had no problem waiting for it. The restaurant was empty but lot of cars outside, I belive they were mobile ordering because the were coming in from the cars one by one and in the app there's offers if you mobile order(smart,I'll know next time to do that). The food was good, the chicken wasn't fried out and very juicy. I had the new smoke house meal by the way(I couldn't finish it lol). So if haven't had it and are thinking about it.... do it!
