Thank you to Starbuck GM’S Higher ups to choose their management staffBecause whoever runs this store should really know the type of person they hire.Thank you to all three of the staff members who just acknowledged what happen and didn’t step in and fix a minor issue. Comments shouldn’t have been made like that in front of a customer.If you wish to speak ill of someone or to speak to someone with unexpected attitude- pls learn to be discreet as I am being by not mentioning your names.Thank your for this treatment.
THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE SO MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS HERE I came early this morning like I always do and ordered the same drink that I have been ordering for years....Today though I was up charged and the reasoning behind it is because of the holiday drinks that just launched. My drink was not a holiday drink and when I question why they up charge me I’ve ordered the same drink for years they talked to me disrespectful and refused to serve me....Again I have receipts as I’ve been a customer for years with the APP! EMILY IS WHO REFUSED TO SERVE ME, but then said it wasn’t her that talked so rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money at such a disrespectful establishment!!

Don’t waste your time at this Starbucks! Terrible customer service and always very long waits. Waited 45mins today for a mobile order! The app said it would be a 10-15 min wait. This was a Saturday at 1pm. I’ve never waited that long at a Starbucks. Two pink drinks should not take 45 mins!!
