Jersey Mike's Subs - Laveen Village

I spent over 50 dollars on three subs that were far below the quality standards. There was so little meat and cheese, and they were not very tasty. Nothing compares to going to a real deli like Romonellis, Nicolettes, or Sticklers. I will not be returning to Jersey Mike's.

Jersey Mike's is consistently great. Ben, one of the employees working today, was excellent! He was professional, courteous, and made us feel welcome. It was refreshing to be treated with such respect and kindness. Ben is a natural leader and deserves a promotion.

We have visited numerous Jersey Mike's locations and have always had a positive experience with the quality of the food. However, this specific restaurant is disappointing. I had to give it 1 star in order to leave this review. Our online takeout order was 45 minutes late and the staff seemed unaware and unresponsive. After reading other reviews, it seems that this location may lack proper management, training, and attentive ownership. It is best to avoid this particular Jersey Mike's and choose a different location.

Ended up walking out before I could order. The vibe from the employees is they don?t want to be there. sooo making my food that I?m paying for ,seems inconvenient lol . Won?t be back

The service is amazing and the food is great! My son and I were looking for a new sandwich place to try out but I think we just found our new spot! Chance was great and it seems like he?s fostered a good crew as well, even the customers in front of uswhile in line seemed like they were having a good time
