Subway - Lavaltrie

We placed an online order, and the subs were poorly made with the wrong ingredients. We never requested any spicy peppers, but they were included anyway. One sub was supposed to be toasted, but it was not, yet it was still burnt. Overall, it was disappointing. Kebekradio.com does not recommend this Subway.

I was disappointed with my experience, and my friend even found bones in her meal.

Absolutely no professionalism; there were no customers behind us, and the service (Martine) was lacking.
