We never had, but they're better than you think. French fries, gravy and cheese, that's true.
The idea is just delicious, even the hot dogs were good! Had it twice on our vacations! I think they could do something about the place it is messy and a bit dirty! But worth to try!
I had my first ever beavertail here and it did not disappoint! However, when I went on a Sunday morning there was one girl running the whole place. Taking/making orders which slowed things down. It was also slightly off putting that she would handle money and then make the food without gloves (she did quickly wash her hands but it was still off putting). As I was leaving someone finally arrived to help her!
Beaver tails are a classic Canadian guilty pleasure. These deep-fried pastries come with your choice of syrup and toppings, making them a must-try treat in popular tourist destinations like Banff and Montreal. While not essential, they're a delicious option if you're craving something sweet and crispy. This bilingual and welcoming restaurant accepts cash, debit, and credit. With prices averaging around $6-8 Canadian for a generous portion, there are plenty of other dessert options to choose from as well.
