Steak-Frites St-Paul - Laval

Not my first time to a Steak Frites, but this was the better experienceI enjoyed a cozy atmosphere and overall great food.

Steak Frites is a steakhouse where you're encouraged to bring your own wine.

Got the steak frites which was from the shoulder but much more tender and flavorful than filet.

Sympathique petite terrasse aménagé pour la saison estivale. Le filet mignon est toujours aussi bon et le tartare de saumon est aussi un excellent choix. Nouveauté: choix de tapas dessert (crème brûlée, profiterole, mille feuille, tartelette au citron, cup cake...) excellent avec un cappuccino ☕️ bon appétit

Went for my father in law's birthday supper. Great thing about this restaurant is you can bring your own wine. Another great thing was the food. I had the ribs, served with all you can eat fries (I did not need to order more) and coleslaw. Super tender and wonderful bbq sauce. Others in the party had the filet mignon (awesome), the Steak Saint Paul (tasty), the grilled salmon with vegetables, and the duck confit. EVERYONE was delighted with their meal. Only disappointment, there was no crème brulée left for dessert, although my father in law had an awesome profiterole. Kudos to our server, Patricia, who was knowledgeable and super friendly.
