Pizza Pizza - Laval

Disappointment x 1000! I'm still looking for the creamy garlic sauce. The pizza looks nothing like the photo on the flyer. It was sorely lacking in taste due to the absence of sauce.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered a pizza for pickup, but the staff mistakenly gave it to someone else. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, they began arguing and had a negative attitude. The manager also failed to rectify the situation, not even bothering to check the cameras or speak with the staff. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. They mistakenly gave our pizza to someone else, and when I arrived to pick it up, they first attempted to locate it. When they couldn't find it, the girl at the counter casually mentioned that someone had already come and taken our pizza. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they displayed a dismissive attitude. When I expressed my concerns, they simply told me to call a number if I wanted to file a complaint. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service.

Good value when you use the promos and pick it up. I chose an XL with pepperoni and bacon. The pizza was ready in about 10 minutes, which is normal for them if it isn’t too busy. The taste and quality of the pizza is good, but not great. When ordering online you have no idea when the pizza will be ready for pick up.

The owner, a woman, exhibits very unprofessional behavior towards her staff. We should not support this type of establishment. I won't be returning.
