Harvey's - Laval

The food is good at HARVEYS! Unfortunately here the problem is the administration!

Service from a very friendly, smiling and polite lady this afternoon, fantastic, thank you very much!

I was a little nervous at first seeing how this was the first Harvey's food chain I've ever been too but man is it something! The food was absolutely incredible, the service was fast and the employees were very polite. They treated me very nice, despite my horrible French accent ?. The restaurant was routinely cleaned even though it seemed very busy. The kid or gentleman in the back was by himself but was patient and polite with how I wanted my burger to be cooked. I'll be sure to visit next time and share my experience again as it was worth my time!

The hamburger I requested from Harvey's was delivered without bread and in pieces, please respond.
