Eggcetera - Laval

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and this visit was the final straw. The service was extremely slow, taking over 20 minutes to get a simple coffee which turned out to be burnt. The dishes we ordered were not properly cooked and when we brought it up to the waitress, she seemed indifferent and took a long time to address the issue. The food we eventually received was not only unappetizing but also overpriced. The overall quality of the food was questionable and the waitress's attitude was unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I don't even know where to begin. I ordered simple waffles with English cream at this restaurant. The waffles tasted like they were artificial, and the English cream was a sweet raw egg yolk-based cream instead of the usual white cream. It was awful. When the waitress asked if I wanted to take the rest of my plate home (since I had only eaten 2 out of the 4 waffles), I politely declined as I didn't enjoy the meal. She arrogantly responded that maybe I didn't like their homemade waffles or cream. What? We had to practically flag down our waitress to get coffee refills as the place was packed and the waitresses seemed to be running around like zombies. There was no sign of smiles, and one waitress had long hair covering her face as she quietly spilled orange juice on the counter. Overall, it was a terrible experience with subpar food and service for an expensive brunch. I could go on and on about it.

This wasn't the first time I've been here, I've given it many chances. This time it took the cake! The service was awful it look over min to get me a decaf coffee. When I finally got the coffee it tasted burnt. Second I...asked to have scrambled eggs well done (for my year old and myself who is pregnant) they weren't even cooked, still runny. When the issue was addressed to the waitress she didn't seem to care and huffed and puffed to bring the it back to the kitchen. Then she came back min later to ask how everything was. We looked at her and mentioned WE STILL DO T HAVE OUR FOOD to which she replied oh yeah When we finally got our food it was disgusting. The waitress was the worst! The prices are expensive and the quality atrocious! NOT RECOMMENDED!

We were pratically at the end of our meal before my husband finally got our waitress' attention for coffee refills. The place was full and the waitresses all seemed to walking like zombies. No smiles , their long hair hanging in front of their faces, and calmly sipping an orange juice at the counter. Just awful food, awful service for a pricey brunch. Shall I say more!

Pourquoi qu'il faut toujours demander l'assiette de fruit gratuit??? Et quoi dire du service vraiment désolant!!!!
