3 Amigos Resto-Bar - Laval

Extremely terrible service from the waitress Alexia. She had a bad attitude. Once ordered, she threw our plates on the table and sped away. Didn't ask if we need anything, never checked us. Not even harassed to make eye contact with us, despite several attempts throughout our meal to get their attention. Finally went to her and asked if we could get some water and napkins. When we finished our meal, we never got water or napkins when she further ignored us. I finally asked the gentleman sitting in the front. She came after our waters were served, and as we finished our last bites, she only approached us to ask if the bills were sepered, not even if we were ready for the bill. I told her to put it in 1 and I would pay. She immediately grabbed her machine, wrenched into our crowd and puts the machine in my face when I was still my last bites. Completely disrespectful. I still gave her a tip and asked if she could refill our waters and get us napkins as we never got them. Despite her still a generous tip for her bad service, she has not yet refilled our waters. I went to the manager and informed him about the situation. The manager was also careless and struggled simply by saying that she is new than his justified. The restaurant was not busy starting, regardless of the fact that no one was throwing her food or treating it like that. Will come back due to the service of the waiter and the upper management. Everything starts from top to bottom.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and filling, perfect for families. We enjoyed the birria tacos, enchiladas, and calamari. They even provide complimentary tortilla chips with a delicious salsa to start. Unfortunately, we were seated in an unpleasant location, so it's hard to judge the ambiance fairly.

We had the opportunity to dine at 3 Amigos Laval on four occasions last year. We thoroughly enjoy the food they offer. We ordered takeout three times during the pandemic and dined on their terrace once. The atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful. It is conveniently located and easily accessible. They have a diverse menu with a variety of options. We have sampled a different dish each time we visited. The portions are generous and the accompanying rice and salad taste fresh. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and provide excellent customer service.

My first visit to this franchise was Feb 2020, I loved the ambience, the music, the great service and the 3 Amigo Taco carpet and this delicious drink. Waste I really sit in the middle of a Canadian snowstorm or was I transported to a beautiful beach? Maybe only in my imagination, but it was definitely a 10/10 experience.

3 Amigos is awsome!! Food is great!! Drinks are great delicious chips and salsa!! Our waiter Milton was the best. Great Service!! If your in the area and want Mexican it's a great place to go!!
