Hornerpub - Lauterbrunnen

Would have given more stars but.... customer at bar accidentally spilled beer on counter when turning around. Owner ? Indian ? man came out and snapped at customer to stay away from bartenders side of counter. Bartender spoke up and said he didn't. No apology and left to back room. Rude or just mean . Staff are friendly.

We arrived at night and this place was the only restaurant/bar open. It was cold outside and to walk into a warm loud bar with laughter felt like we were walking into an adult size Christmas village. We loved it! Food was just so so. Drinks were good. Not as expensive as I had heard Switzerland was. Pleasantly surprised

Ich habe die Preise als für die Schweiz sehr günstig empfunden, was für mich das Hauptargument war, hinzugehen. Essen ist nichts Besonderes aber trotzdem ok. War für mich, der sich ansonsten fast nur von Supermarktessen ernährt hat, aufjedenfall mal eine nette Abwechslung.

Visited this little gem last afternoon, delicious choices of beer on tap and I also had Nachos with homemade Guac and heaps of Cheese, YUM! Sitting outside while enjoying the sun on this cold but beautiful afternoon was the best! Will sure be back this week!

We stopped in for a beer while exploring Lauterbrunnen. This is a very cozy, wood filled pub. The bartender was very friendly and made a good beer recommendation.
