Longhorn Steakhouse Lausanne, Grill Au Feu De Bois

I'm a meat lover. The bic inconvenient in Lausanne is that if you really want to eat high quality meat, its is not many choices. In Geneva, Café de Paris is the best choice, but in Lausanne it was a problem until this restaurant appeared. In this place you have many possibilities: the type of meat, with the wine you want to drink... Last time I ate BBQ spare ribs and they were delicious! a good BBQ sauce not the terrible tasteless and the ribs were well cooked it was 't equal to the real American BBQ replacement ribs, but it is close to very close. My mates took calf and beef and they told us it was delicious. The place is located in the centre of Lausanne and the restaurant is decorated in an American Far West style that goes very well with a steak house: if you love high quality meat and live in Lausanne, don't just think there!

Kleines Steakhouse am Hügel. Das Steak war hervorragend und nach Wunsch zubereitet. Auch die Beilagen waren gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es einen Abzug für die Sauce, die einfach furchtbar war und mit 5,00 Euro berechnet wird. Schade. Das Ambiente ist mehr Pub als Steakhouse, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Alles in allem empfehlenswert, auch wenn die Preise am oberen Ende liegen.
