Very bad behavior from restaurant. I have booked my order via uber eats and made a credit card payment. when I picked up the order, the employee asked for payment. So I thought the payment was not good with uber eats and made another payment. later I checked my bank statements, I found there was a double payment. Since then, I've been reporting to laxmi to use a refund or a voucher for a next booking. her answer was always chef is in the kitchen she will call back or call over and receive the refund as they have no time to check their testimonials. that's been happening for a month. I called the restaurant again today and the same answer away to treat their customers laxmi. well done.
