The staff were nice and the food was priced reasonably. But what won it for me was the cous cous with chicken and lamb. I've had many variants of cous cous in places I've travelled and lived but this was by far my favourite! The 2 types of gravy it was served with was amazing and my better half als tried it with her potatoes. The salads were amazing too with nice choice of fish served with it. If you're in the area for some fine tastes, highly recommend this restaurant.
Interesting menu, changes according to season. Lunch menu during weekdays good, original and not too expensive. The boss is always around, which guarantees that the service is good. Same personnel since years, which is a good sign. First course: terrine maison or foie gras, very good. Main dish: filets de perche or couscous are to be recommended. Desserts: bavarois au coulis de framboises is light and delicious, but also profiterolles or tarte citron are recommended
Kommen wieder.
Very nice visit while traveling through Europe. The perch was very good and the whole experience very enjoyable. A shoutout to Marcelo Prado, who was very attentive, professional, he deserves a good recognition.
The family at this restaurant by the port area of Ouchy seem to have a passion for both perch and asparagus. A bit odd but there are other things on the menu; although the filets de perche meunière turned out to be very good. Service professional but friendly. We were surprised to be charged for a carafe of water, as this is always free in France but perhaps this is the norm in pricey Switzerland.
