Die Auswahl an Fleisch und Fischspeisen ist gross. Der Service ist professionell, freundlich und humorvoll. Man fühlt sich wohl hier!Gediegen und doch 'echt' (nicht gekünstelte Edelküche).Die Schnecken und Mousse & Frites sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Zum Geniessen!Tisch frühzeitig reservieren ist unumgänglich - stets gut ausgebucht an den Wochenenden!

Die Speisen waren durchweg gut!Da jeder Tisch besetzt war, agierte der Service etwas schleppend.Ansonsten schöner Abend in netter Athmosphäre!!

Sehr schönes Brasserie. Das Meeresfrüchte-Platte war wunderschön. Die Austern waren hervorragend. Wir hatten einen schönen Tisch im Obergeschoss und der Service war tadellos. Was soll ich noch sagen, außer dass ich diesen Ort sehr empfehle.

Sehr schönes Brasserie! Das Essen ist gut, ich liebe ihre Pommes und Thunfischtatar! Der Service ist effizient und angenehm. Die Preise sind jedoch etwas hoch, vor allem die alkoholfreien Cocktails.

We arrived at Lausanne two days ago. This is the last stop of our Christmas Markets trip. First we visited Basel, second to Bern then here in Lausanne. I waited until arriving here to have French cuisine. I knew I could find better French food here because it is closer to France and I was right. I found this restaurant among all the French restaurants in town, I liked their menu and their reviews. We liked it so much that we went there twice and we only stayed in Lausanne for two nights. First night we have onion soup, escargot, beef tartare, green salad, dessert crème brûlée and ice cream. Second night we have the Seafood tower and salad. Food: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Ambience: 5 starts I love their menu because they serve more traditional French cuisine instead of those nouveau cuisine (like eating foam) . I want to mention the maître d' named Adrien. I just mentioned to him at the first night that we maybe come back the next day so he sent me an invite to remind me so we did. I would call that's service and thank you for doing that.
