Tim Hortons - LAURIER-STATION

The coffee at this restaurant is fantastic, but there are some issues with cleanliness. It seems like the staff struggles to understand how to make a triple triple every time. The coffee is often not stirred properly, and the selection of donuts and food is always limited, no matter what time you visit.

My wife and I stopped at this Tim Hortons on our way to our destination in New Brunswick for a much-needed break, some food, and their famous coffee on Saturday, July 13th, 2019 at around 5:30-6:00 AM. Unfortunately, we were not impressed. The bathroom was disgusting, with overflowing garbage bins and dirty reception areas. Many tables needed to be cleaned properly. The staff predominantly spoke French, but since I am bilingual, there was no language barrier. However, there were no English-speaking staff present during our visit. We stopped at this Tim Hortons because we were familiar with their advertising and menu options. My wife, a vegetarian, was disappointed to find out that they did not have the non-food option that was advertised for breakfast. Our coffee order was still satisfying, as Tim Hortons is known for their delicious coffee. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the cleanliness issues and lack of advertised options. Make sure to inform customers of any unavailable options before they order.

My friends and I decided to grab a bite to eat one night, and I've never experienced such poor treatment at a restaurant before. The waiter, named Tommy, recommended a combination meal to me, but I politely declined the sides. He became very angry at my refusal. When my friend was trying to decide on a sandwich, he acted like it was a huge inconvenience because she was indecisive. I don't think I will be visiting another Tim Horton's if they continue to treat their customers this way.

As usual I recommend this place, excellent coffee and good suppe and sandwiches too. tim hortons is always a safe bet for some delicious tasty
