Taco Bell - Laurens

I know it's a fast food place, but the staff could be a little more friendly. Also, every time I come to this place and ask for something, they will leave it away from my food.

I love Taco Bell. The ppl here are friendly and my Burrito Supreme was huge!

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. I ordered the kids soft taco and a beef crunchy taco. Both tacos were perfectly prepared. The salad was crispy, the ground beef was hot and the chicken juice, the taco was crispy. The taco Bell I visited has a great customer service. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Have been here around 15 times since they opened the Laurens location. I have never gotten my order and it been correct other than one time. Twice I have placed an order in the app during business hours and then the store was closed when I got there and I was never able to get my money back. I spoke with the manager about it and they said that they would give me some coupons if I came in the store. So I spent $30 for food at your place and then you offer three coupons for $1 tacos to make up for it? This place is a joke. My kids like Taco Bell so I gave it one last shot today ... As usual, order was incorrect. I will not be back again.

Orders are accurate almost always, only one time had the wrong meat and they changed it for me for free after I had taken a bite with a freshly made burrito. Food always fresh and delicious. I enjoy the small moments of playful banter they engage in with me. They value their customers and are friendly. 5 stars
