The service was terrible. The manager took my order and put it on the drive thru and I was on a parking lot and had to wait 45 minutes for 2 shakes and a sequence of chili cheese saucers. If the manager can't get an order, the regular works can't, because the manager can't train them if they don't know how to do the job.
Food was great. Too bad you had to order through the Drive Thru, then park. Being short staffed is a bummer. Now you're just another fast food restaurant with a long drive thru wait with the engine running.
Forgot part of our order. Fries were cold and chewy. They did correct it without any hassle, but when there are only two major items and you forget one, that is only a 50 percent accuracy.
Ordered ahead on the app for 3 milkshakes. Got to drive thru speaker around 8:10. Confirmed we ordered ahead. As we waited, we noticed our shakes on the counter. Nobody brought us our order. When I finally got to the window at 8:32 the shakes were handed to us. They were soup. I said I didn't want to pay for soup to which the lady responded that they were overwhelmed and seemed upset that I didn't want hot milkshakes. I told her I was sorry. She then told me it would take 5 more minutes to get them remade. We watched through the window as the people in the kitchen then complained for the next little while. We waited 8 minutes and then after she handed us the last one she told us they weren't supposed to remake shakes and acted like it was our fault. Literally blaming me and I was the one that waited around 40 minutes for ice cream that I ordered ahead. After this started a hollering match, the manager peaked her head out but said nothing. Literally said nothing. This is NOT how you treat customers. If you can't get my food to me in a timely manner, let me know so I can go elsewhere. If you plan to blame your customers because you can't be bothered to run prepaid food outside, don't work in fast food. I think the people here need to take a course from Chick-fil-A where you keep your attitude to yourself and treat your customers with respect. I won't be bringing my family back here for a while.
