A classic local favorite serving authentic cuisine. Everything we ordered was delicious! And though the outside of the building is unassuming the decor inside is a delightful surprise, bright and colorful. Sadly had to get take out but enjoyed the experience nonetheless. Si se traveled quite a bit to get to this place, as soon as we got there we noticed smoke from the grill which is already a good sign coming into the place; too bad they only have chicken on the grill and not fajita or ribs. One of the first let downs was their system, you have to stand in line to order and they don’t have waiters to take your order. As for the food, we ordered menudo, shrimp cocktail, tacos, sopes, gorditas, kids meals and flautas accompanied by aguas frescas which were warm and did not have enough ice. The rest of the food was authentic in look but the taste was mid in some plates. The menudo was very decent but the gorditas and sopes were just ok. The flautas with the rice were very good but being a Mexican I feel that the food could be better but over all the place is just ok.
