Mcdonald's - Laurel

The overall experience was great, although I did notice a fingerprint smudge on the top of my McFlurry. However, the fries were delicious.

The fries were overly hard and cold, making them difficult to chew. The nuggets were also dry and cold. Overall, the food quality was terrible. I understand that McDonald's may not always have the best food, but it seems like they didn't even put in an effort this time.

I think this is the worst order ive gotten from mcdonalds . the happy meal box was open , drinks were spilled everywhere , the cinnamon bun had the icing all over and out of the box pretty much everywhere but the dessert . to top it off they didnt give me straws for the 3 drinks i had , and forgot my burger. $45 wasted.

Gave me old Hash Browns, you can tell they were fried in dirty grease a longtime ago

I was disappointed to receive a double cheeseburger with no cheese, as it was not what I ordered. It's frustrating when restaurants don't get orders right. I specifically asked for a double cheeseburger, not just a hamburger. Getting two patties with no cheese was really disappointing.
