Contribuiți la feedbackIt seems to be McDonald's policy to not completely fill up the container of the mango pineapple smoothies. I specifically asked the drive-thru customer representative to ensure it was filled up, but at the cost of $4.69 for a medium size, it was disappointing to find it not full. When I questioned the person who handed me the food, she mentioned that the amount given is standard for the machine and if I wanted it filled up, I would have to pay for a larger size. They should either provide smaller cups or just fill it up to avoid this issue.
The overall service was excellent and the food was prepared correctly and served piping hot.
The staff managers at this restaurant are petty, undereducated, and like to show off to their employees. When I asked for my fries to be handed to me to save the environment, a young girl manager threatened me to buy a bag and was shocked when I asked for a refund. She was incompetent, detached, and completely in the wrong. It was clear that she was planning a petty interaction with other staff members who seemed stuck in a high school mentality. I came in just for fries, so it was ridiculous that she wouldn't hand them to me. It appeared that the staff were proud of their attempts to bully me into buying a bag for just one fry, but I was able to get my money back and enjoy hot and fresh fries elsewhere. The location's management and strategies lack common sense, and their food is consistently subpar. The staff seem incompetent and unprepared, and there are always too many people on duty with no proper coordination. The food is often left to sit under inadequate heating lamps, and the staff attempt to reheat items that have gone cold. The overall lack of consideration, laziness, and low standards are evident throughout the business. Additionally, some of the employees at the drive-thru display rude behavior and struggle to provide adequate customer service, likely due to communication barriers. Overall, the business is in need of a complete overhaul, from management to staff training, in order to improve the overall experience for customers.
They continue to employ a drive thru employee who is extremely disrespectful and quite racist. Management is out of the cracker Jack box. Orders are fast but it shows plenty of mistakes. You will find yourself at the third window watching people get their orders first so they can make their 90 second quota. Go to the next McDonald's if you can.
Poor and incompetent customer service. Fries hot on top and old and cold on the bottom. Given small shake when medium ordered. Samuel claims no one’s perfect. Dude, its McDonald’s…
