Kung Fu Tea - Laurel

I'll start with the good. The food was great. Extra flavorful crunchy Chicken. Would eat it again. However small missing side from my meal that I caught when I looked at my order in the car. No biggie. Came back they recognized the mistake and cooked my missing item. The issue is whenever a mistake is made I feel like the restaurant should offer something to make the customer feel good. A free drink goes far in the aspect. Second issue also minor. Selling fried foods but charging for a sauce. Cheese curds need a marinara or ranch. Wings need ranch or blue cheese. Charging extra for 1 is a bit much. On the fence about returning as a customer.

Went to this location because it is super late night which is AMAZING! Problem was, as I got up the the counter I was hearing them tell every customer they were out of something they were asking for, and when I got up to the counter it was the same situation. I wanted a limited time drink for my girlfriend and myself, and even though it was their special they didn't have it. I'm sure their products are delicious, and I hope they were out of things because of how popular they are, but I will have to try again and update my rating after I've had the chance to try something

I find it amazing that I can enter a restaurant, wait at the pickup area for four minutes and still not be acknowledged. Had to actually raise my voice to get the attention of the employee who gave a newer patron attention before me. The food and drinks are good, but the poor awareness the employees exhibited today has me set to no longer visit this location.

Rude almost like they don't want any customers coming in. Also messed up my 3 item order. I paid for boba in one of the drinks and didn't get any boba in that one. Not all locations are as bad as this one. Find another location.

I stood at the pickup counter for 7 minutes before I was acknowledged and it was only because the cashier came over there to begin handing out the orders of other customers. The cashier happened to be the same person making the drinks, too. They were obviously understaffed, but that?s no excuse for poor service. Great food is less enjoyable when poor service eaters down the overall experience. I?ll never return to this location. I can?t take the chance of this happening again. I value my time too highly to subject myself to risking it being wasted by inattentive employees.
