Chipotle Mexican Grill - Laurel

I give this Chipotle a 9 out of 10 rating, as they consistently get my order wrong. Despite receiving incorrect orders multiple times, I decided to give it another try one day. Unfortunately, they made the same mistake again, forcing me to return and ask for a correction. The manager did not seem concerned that her staff couldn't follow simple instructions, or that I had to come back twice. Overall, I would suggest being cautious when dining here.

I never had to place an order. I waited nearly 30 minutes before leaving. It appeared that they were prioritizing fulfilling online orders over those from customers in the restaurant. It seemed quite hectic. I will order ahead next time.

I have been dining at this Chipotle every Wednesday night for the past 2 months, and I have consistently found it to be better than other Chipotle locations. The rice is cooked differently than the one at the Columbia Mall, the meat is always fresh, and the vegetables are identical in freshness. I particularly enjoy that they boil their Fajita Veggies instead of charring them like at other places. I have only been here for dinner, but I would be willing to try lunch as well.

I would not call it a side of guacamole, more mixed by a side of avocado slices with h chopped vegetables. they moved extremely slowly and seemed hesitant to add additional toppings. it absorbs that the service and quality depends on native.

The staff at this location is cool. I know they hiring but a few of the staff tonight 3/19 could have stayed home. Some lack communication skills with waiting customers. Noticed a young lady leave her post to take a call on her personal phone while everyone was waiting, .
