Today, while having trouble ordering through my Chick-fil-a app, the manager politely offered us a free sandwich even noting the toppings and brought our order to our table. My wife and I come here regularly and now I am a fan as well.
Richard and his team are awesome. They always welcome by warm enthusiastic greeting. Everyone here is caring and take good care in every way. It is always pleasure to eat at Chick-Fil-A specially at Johns Hopkins location as food is delicious and service is excellent. A special thanks to Richard and his team for making a difference in our community.
