Burger King - Laurel

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is disappointingly slow. Despite the name suggesting fast eating, the staff seem to take their time when serving customers in the drive-thru, causing waiting times of 10-15 minutes.

I am not sure what has changed in this restaurant in the past few months, but the service has become very slow. It took me at least 15 to 45 minutes to receive my food, which was disappointing. I ordered a sandwich and after waiting 20 minutes, I received a soggy one. I had to go back in to get a new sandwich and wait an additional 15 minutes. The cashier seemed inexperienced and confused, and the kitchen staff appeared to be inefficient. Overall, the service was terrible and they need to improve quickly.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the unhelpful assistant manager to the front staff, it was a complete disaster. The manager couldn't speak English, but even the English-speaking staff couldn't get the order right despite multiple explanations. I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and bacon, and a second sandwich that was supposed to be spicy. How hard is it to get that right? They gave me a plain chicken sandwich and another plain one instead. After repeating my order countless times, the employee told me not to bother correcting her. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be right. The only thing she got right was that I will never return to this place. I work hard for my money and don't need to deal with incompetence when it comes to my meal. Avoid this place if you value your money and expect good customer service.

Someone has to talk to this old lady here, never got my reception and she didn't want to give me my food. she said we didn't pay for the other burger when I just got a medium that fries a big drink and 2 hepper for 17$

I ordered an Impossible Burger and thanked my order taker for offering cheese and mayo, but no, thank you. I think BK needs to corporately understand why many people patronize their establishment to get a plant based burger. I only hope that it is cooked completely separate from the burgers ?
