Iron House - Launceston

Great spot for the grown ups when visiting Penny Royal Adventure. Great range of craft beers and spirits (gin, vodka) to purchase. The beer tasting paddle of 4 beers of your choice at $5 is great value with generous tasting quantities. Pleasant and helpful service. Recommended.

Stopped in here after an afternoon at penny Royal adventures,Very modern and clean!Staff had excellent knowledge of beer and the varieties they stock,My favourite is the honey porter it's **** fantastic.Any way it was a nice chilled out spot washed down with a few delicious beverages.

Travelling through Tasmania, we found Iron House located at the back of Penny Royal in Launceston. It looks like this is a new venue for the Iron House Brewery / Distillery enabling the public to sample their beers, wines and spirits. The food (tasting boards) and the beer were really good. You can purchase a beer tasting paddle of good value, which consists of their four main beers. The staff were very friendly and informative. This place is worth a visit.

I've been here a couple of times now. Love their food platters and the atmosphere is fantastic. This is fast becoming my new favourite go to

The food here is really bad! Save yourself and don’t bother ordering the parmi. The staff were not surprised at all by the amount of patrons unsatisfied with their meals.
