Dumpling Factory + Sushi Workshop

Had the rice paper rolls chicken and vegetables no noodles for were chewy chicken over cooked. Dumplings or pot stickers were big on dumpling not filling were enjoyable but not filling and for overpriced.

A few weeks ago, we stopped by for a fast lunch and were impressed by the food. We were in a rush, so we grabbed some ready-to-go items from the warmer like chicken dumplings, pork dumplings, and spicy chicken. The food was delicious! We dined at one of the tables and, although the decor was simple, it didn't detract from our overall experience.

It has the potential to be great but good food isn’t enough, there is no ambiance at all. It looks grubby with dirty windows each time I have been. The kitchen and food looks clean but you need a nice place to sit. You also...need music playing which is lacking in a lot of businesses in Launceston. I would love to see the lady do better and she might look happier because she definitely can cook. Good luck.

I can't believe I had never been to this restaurant before, it was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend you give it a try if you haven't already.
