Canton Restaurant - Launceston

Chopsticks? În mod normal, un oraș de țară de linguri și furculiță ca opțiunea standard, cred că Lauceston este doar un peisaj mare. Mâncarea a fost medie și se estompează cu pancake de primăvară care salvează harul. Prea scump pentru ceea ce este servit.

I attended a family bday dinner Friday night and after an average take away experience a few years ago I wasn't that fussed on returning again. As expected it is ok, nothing awful but nothing great! Service was efficient, hit and miss with wait staff, one lady was quite direct and banged the food down on the table and seemed to lack manners. The food was nice enough, I had satay which was ok, very large serving. Many family members loved their dishes and a couple who had lamb curry thought it was a little chewy. Not a place I choose to go too but it is ok overall.

Service was good, food was hot, but meal lacked taste. Partners meal was mixed up gave him the wrong meal we didn't want to wait for proper order not a lot of taste. Plenty of food on offer. Area was clean and spacious.

Ate here to celebrate a special occasion and was slighty disappointed.. had heard rave reviews from locals so gave it a try. My dish a combination of chicken cashew/ sweet sour pork served with rice was ok, we shared a beef dish which was yummy but my partners scallops were slimy and half werent even cooked she couldnt even eat the dish. I will say the young waitress was lovely and when informed about the scallops the dish was removed from the bill which made me happy not all places seem to care these days. We were both very happy with deserts.. my partner stated it was the best green tea icecream she had eaten and even ordered another serve. I think this restaurant is worth a look to say you have been but dont get too excited for amazing chinese.

We got take away on the Wednesday night, it was a bit pricey and I waited a bit longer than what I thought was adequate time for the meals, but in the long run, it was well worth the wait and price. They were very nice meals and we would go back
