No.8 Cafe Launceston

Beautiful small caffe, restaraunt and teeroom with a small but high quality menu still had large portion sizes. I had a burger with tomaten, gaderkins, rocket and burgersauce with fried wobbles and a side chips, with the burger who was very tasty, cake. good place to take family friends partner and other people they like. it was very good service and we were served quickly. the tables were all thoroughly cleaned and they were asked to wait at the door and wear a mask while they are shown on their table, we were also asked to sanitize our hands, which is very good when looking at the current situation.

We stopped here about half way through a hot tough day while riding towards Lands End. No 8 could not have been more hospitable and welcoming and the food was equally delicious and filling. In fact, it was everything we wanted and needed from a much needed break. The only negative was I heard our waiter telling another table that he was a West Ham fan. I suppose you can't have everything. Keep up the great work and we hope to be back one day.

I stopped here for a sandwich and an iced Americano and everything was delicious. Excellent coffee, wonderful sandwich with tasty, crispy grilled bacon, super-fresh soft bread with a crust and served with the crispiest sautéed new potatoes. Very friendly yet unobtrusive service. Highly recommend this lovely local cafe.

A really lovely little cafe. Very welcoming with plenty of seating. We had an excellent cooked breakfast there and my flat white was super and obviously prepared by someone who knows their coffee. First class!

This amazing independent coffee shop offers great food and snacks. We tried the flat white, and it was excellent. Although the website mentioned that they only serve takeaway, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it is fully open and has good COVID-19 measures in place.
