Stockman's Steakhouse - Laughlin

It was my husband's birthday, and we decided to try a new restaurant. While the food was quite good, our server left a lot to be desired. He brought us only one bowl of French onion soup instead of the two we ordered and seemed rather brusque, showing little interest in making our evening special. To top it off, he charged us for the birthday dessert. We'll be choosing the Gourmet Room for our next celebration instead.

Amazing service and great food the 20oz prime felt like a 40oz. You get what you pay for here and it shows.

The food was an A+! Our steaks were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. We had the Ahi appetizer as well? A MUST HAVE! The only part we wish was better was the service. We saw our server maybe 2 times. Staff was great, however it seemed our server had an off night. Overall, we highly recommend this place. A+ food and a great atmosphere.

The food is incredibly overpriced for what you get. The restaurant itself feels outdated. The only highlights for me were the complimentary bread and the prime rib, which was decent. However, at $40 for a 16oz serving, I'd much prefer to go to Salt Grass.

I should have ordered the steak. The lobster ravioli and crab cakes sounded delicious at the time, but both seemed to contain canned seafood as their main ingredient, just dressed up a bit. The bread was good, though! Haha!
