Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Laughlin

The chili fries are really good, but they rarely have them available. The sign indicates that they open at 11 am, yet when I arrived at noon, I was informed that it would take a couple of hours for them to be ready.

However, my experience on Sunday around 11 AM was completely different. I went in alone and was taken aback by how dreadful it was. The place wasn't busy at all—most couples were already enjoying their meals, and I was the only one in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich with sides and a drink. After waiting twenty minutes without receiving my order, I noticed the cashier scurrying around while four other employees stood nearby, joking and not assisting. Finally, when I approached the counter, the cashier handed me my order as the four employees giggled. I returned to my table to open my sandwich, only to find the bun was cold and stale, and the chicken was old, cold, and dry—as if it had been sitting out for hours. I went back to the counter to ask for a manager, and the cashier immediately offered to refund my money. I'm not sure if he was truly the manager, but if he was, he had no control over his team. If they worked for me, all four would have been let go on the spot. The cashier/manager should consider a different line of work.

This restaurant was just okay. The burger was big and tasty, but the total cost for a soda and fries came to about $28! The tables were dirty, and the service was average. Definitely the worst service!!!! We never received service and finally just left after waiting nearly 10 minites. The person working up front was putting food away in the side refrigerator section so I didn't mind waiting and figured he would justfinish up and then come take our order. He never made eye contact or acknowledged that we were there, another employee that camefrom the kitchen area even told him he had someone up front and he still never looked at us. When he finally finished puttingthe food away, he turned, walked out and left. We couldn't believe what we were seeing, we just left and we will NEVER go back.

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 30 minutes to order. No sense of urgency from the staff. Plenty of customers walking away from being in line due to the inefficient staff. One employee wearing Nike sandals having her soda breaks while assistingcustomers. That same employee saying she is not worried about customers leaving? These people don?t want to work. One customerwas in line for about 20 minutes when he finally made it to the front of the line they said they were closed. He asked at whattime they close since it was not 11 yet. Unbelievable.
