Maria E did our day! She has the best customer service, she is busy with every customer. She even spoke to me about OHIO STATE football! The food was excellent for the service! I'll come back, thanks Maria!

The food and service were good! However, I noticed that the number of wings in an order has changed. Charging $15.99 for just 6 wings feels quite greedy. If you're going to offer only 6 wings at that price, it would be helpful to have that clearly indicated on the menu. I've been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the wings, but now that the portion size has decreased while the price remains the same, I think customers should be informed before placing their order. Having to pay $32.00 for 12 wings across two orders is quite surprising!

Naima Berardi was the best waitress? Friendly and so helpful offer suggestions on menu and efficient! We were here every year and they gave the best service ever! For the first time? ve has made an assessment! Thanks to her! My California Omelette was perfectly cooked and seasoned! My Hubby loved his country fried steak and eggs too!!! We will definitely return and ask for Naima!!!???

During our visit, a young lady named Tricia took care of our breakfast and dinner. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend expressing our appreciation for her excellent service!

The worst fish and chips I've ever had. My girlfriend was also very displeased with her meal. Bad food and incredibly over priced. It doesn't help that all the good resteraunts in harrah's close around 8 or 9 leaving the Cafe as your only seated food option.
