We've always picked up our diner plate here. Unfortunately, tonight the majority of my chicken meat was black and tasted burned. I know the moment is short between good and burned. So I called to complain. In response, I got "The meat was not burned. Customers wish the meat well. So it would taste better!" Um, burnt food doesn't taste like that!
