Upon entering, I noticed one employee attentive to work, while the other was on their personal phone, displaying a lack of professionalism. Despite this, the food was decent, but the mediocre customer service really detracted from the experience.

Legitimate the worse service. Managers allowed completely disrespectful people to work the night shift. Speaker doesn't work. The person in the window had such a claim setting? I moved away because I know for a fact that I added Spuck as a supplement. Make yourself a favor and just go to McDonalds. The fries are not worth the respectful attitude.

The automated intercom system seemed to be malfunctioning, making some crackling noises, but my order was accurate. The food took longer to arrive than I anticipated, but it was prepared well. I will definitely come back.

Fast food isn't what it used to be, and this place has the worst service. First, I placed my order on a computer, then approached the window to speak with the person who took my credit card. When I asked her a question about my order, she interrupted me, rudely walked away, and ignored me. I had to wait for them to return to hand me my food, as if they were doing me a favor. The staff was very impolite, and the service was appalling. To top it off, the food looked nothing like what was advertised. Fast food places just keep getting worse and are way too expensive. You would be better off picking up food from a real restaurant.

Absolute worst fast food experience of my life. Literally ONE HOUR in line. THREE staff members working on a Saturday night-are you kidding me? They need more staff immediately. Food was made wrong twice. This restaurant has severely gone downhill since I was a kid and needs a new manager because it is inefficient, understaffed, orders are coming out wrong, and it wasn?t even good quality. Would not return late night under ANY circumstances until HUGE changes are made.
